Larry testified as an expert witness at 10 depositions and 2 trials
18 of the 28 lawsuits are related to
residential properties and transactions, while 8 relate to commercial
transactions or brokers. Most involve Realtors, some
real estate brokers who are not Realtors, and a couple of
cases have no licensees on either side.
Issues raised include: obligation to disclose latent
defects, negligence, standard of care, malpractice, procuring cause, tortuous
interference, self-dealing, fraud, and false advertising.
