INITIAL CONSULTATION, ROUTINE TELEPHONE CALLS AND CORRESPONDENCE

LISTING NAME AS EXPERT WITH COURT & INITIAL RETAINER
$200.00 is due immediately if initial retainer is not forthcoming within a week. $540.00 of initial retainer is the minimum charge and is non-refundable.

JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ELSE, INCLUDING RESEARCH, EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS, READING AND ANNOTATING DEPOSITIONS, DEPOSITIONS, AND TRIAL APPEARANCES
$180.00 per hour timed and billed to the nearest minute. Flat fees may apply to distant events.

GENERAL FEE & EXPENSE NOTE
Lowenthal does not expect to work or travel carte blanche, and is conservative when other people’s money is involved – both plaintiff’s and defendant’s.
